Police log Nov. 21: DUIs, burglaries, retail thefts and residential burglary

PSP Logo• Few details were released, but Pennsylvania State Police from Troop K, Media barracks, are investigating an Oct. 28 burglary on Webb Road in Chadds Ford Township. The theft took place at 4:33 p.m. There was no mention of what was taken or how entry was gained.

• Esther Rose Votta, 20, of Pottstown, was charged with DUI on Nov. 16, according to a police report. Police said the incident happened at 1:10 a.m., but no other information was released.

• A 22-year-old from Glen Mills, Matthew Balaguer, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol at 3:10 a.m. on Nov. 16, police said.

• Police said Cotty J. Lukk, 21, reportedly of Chadds Ford, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence following a one-vehicle accident on Route 202 at Smithbridge Road on Nov. 15. A report said Lukk was transported to Crozer Hospital and arrested after he lost control of the car he was driving and struck a telephone pole at 1:35 a.m.

• State police said Anthony DelRossi, 34, of Glen Mills, was charged with theft of currency, unauthorized use of a vehicle and violation of the Controlled Substance Act following an incident on Huntingdon Farm Drive in Concord Township on Nov. 10. No other details were available.

• No injuries were reported, but one motorist was cited for driving too fast after a three-car rear-ender accident on Route 1 at Route 202 on Nov. 1.

• State police are investigating a case of burglary and criminal mischief in Concord Township. A report said someone cut two window screens and removed them from windows at a property on Pleasant Hill Drive sometime between Nov. 6 and 7.

• Police arrested a 29-year-old from Chester for stealing more than $1,200 worth of plumbing fixtures from the Home Depot in Concord Township on Nov. 11. The accused is identified as Anthony Therman Council. He was taken into custody, then processed and released, a report said.
