The Brandywine Battlefield Park Associates want to thank you so much for your award of $1300.00 through the Blue Rocks Baseball Game event in the form of a check, in the amount of $1100.00 #900073 dated September 12, 2013, and a $200 check sent directly to the park from one of your members as a ticket payment. Although the weather did not cooperate for a game that particular night, George and I had a splendid time sitting in the car with our younger granddaughter waiting for the rain to stop. So, even what may appear to be a discouraging outcome has its most bright side; as they say, priceless.
It is friends and supporters like you who enable us to promote the significant history of this area as well as provide educational opportunities to the community and visitors alike. We have visitors from many different areas of the country who are able to learn about Colonial life and this important battle.
The Associates look forward to continuing our relationship in the future. I personally know it is a lot of work for you, and I truly appreciate it.
