Vincent “Jim” Bruno Stella, II, 83, of Baker City, Ore., formerly of Landenberg, died Tuesday, April 16, at his residence. He was the husband of Peggy Snyder Stella, with whom he shared 47 years of marriage. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Placido and Mary Spinato Stella.
