La Di Da, the new children’s consignment shop in Chadds Ford, continues its grand opening events through Saturday March 30. Events include a pajama party and story time on Thursday, a shop ‘til you drop grand opening sale on Friday and an open house with Easter candy, balloons and face painting on Saturday. There will also be an Easter egg hunt. Hours are extended during the grand opening days.

• The April meeting of the Chadds Ford Business Association is set for 5:30 p.m., Thursday, April 4 at the Crozer Medical Center at Brinton Lake. The cost is $20, but guests are free for this meeting.

• The 15th annual Jazz Along the Brandywine is coming to Unionville High School, 6 p.m., April 15. Bands from 11 schools — including Charles F. Patton Middle School — will be performing. There will also be a performance by the Unionville High School Jazz Band. Tickets are $8 for adults and $6 for students and seniors older than 60, and free for kids 5 and younger.

• Nutrition Retreat in Summit Crossing Shopping Center, 391 Wilmington-West Chester Pike in Concord Township, is holding a nine-week Better Body and Weight Loss Challenge beginning with an open house from 6-7 p.m. April 3. • The Chester County Historical Society invites all to attend its 31st annual Chester County Antiques Show, and is encouraging students of architectural history to come see all that the event has to offer. College students or interested young adults can spend the day observing history and antiques in the form of beautiful furniture. Bring family and friends for a day of architectural and historical inspiration and then explore the town of Malvern. This year’s show runs from April 5-7 at the Phelps School in Malvern. • The Delaware County Kennel Club is hosting a free microchip clinic 9 a.m. top q1 p.m. on Saturday, April 6 at Rose Tree Park in Upper Providence Township. Free micro chipping will be available to all Delaware County residents.
