I suppose Deborah Love is getting the same treatment I got when she ran against me in the primary in 2001, and may be a little unhappy about it. That time was characterized by a whispering campaign of lies and half-truths about me by the Republican “faithful.” That got her elected then, now it’s her turn. I see nothing has changed.
Thankfully, here in Hamilton, N.Y. we have few party true believers who know what’s best, and none control the nominations for office. People are chosen to run for public office by what they can do for the village or the town of Hamilton based on character and capabilities. A prime example is Debbie Kliman, a registered Democrat, being elected to be a village of Hamilton trustee.
