Wallace is a cute, young beagle who needs an active and experienced family. Originally a stray, Wallace came in to the shelter underweight and under loved. He’s come a long way during his stay at CCSPCA, but will need training and room to run and play, which appear to be his favorite things to do. Wallace is best suited as an only pet and is not recommended for small children until he learns his manners.
