Jackie Lee Wyatt of Avondale

Jackie Lee Wyatt, 66, of Avondale, died Thursday, Oct. 18, at the Jennersville Regional Hospital in West Grove. He was the husband of Bonnie Clark Wyatt with whom he shared 20 years of marriage.

Born in Fayette, WVa., he was a son of the late Orren and Elizabeth (Dilley) Wyatt.  Mr. Wyatt served our country in the Vietnam War in the Army.

He was the Owner of Wyatt’s Automotive in Toughkenamon, retiring in 2010.

He loved drag racing and was a member of the NHRA.  Most of all he loved his family and was a proud grandfather of 13 grandkids.

Survivors include in addition to his wife, two sons, Daniel Wyatt of Toughkenamon and Christopher Dunn (Jessica) of Oxford; three daughters, Angela Wade (Andrew) of Newark, MaryLou Vipperman (Justin) of Toughkenamon and Jamie Dunn (Nick Leto) of Avondale; two sisters, Carol Thawley (Ed) of Newark and Shirley Wilson (Buddy Hampton) of New London; 13 grandchildren, Andrew, Justin, Kelci, Jonathan, Madison, Shane, Sara, Emily, Joey, Cody, Danny Jr, Alyssa, and Amanda.

He was predeceased by a brother Albert Wyatt.

You are invited to visit with Jack’s family from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 24, and from 10-11 a.m. Thursday, Oct.ober 25 at the Kuzo & Grieco Funeral Home Inc. (610-444-4116) 250 W. State St Kennett Square.  His funeral service will be at 11 a.m., Thursday at the funeral home.  Interment will be in Union Hill Cemetery, Kennett Square.  Contributions in his memory may be made to the American Lung Association 527 Plymouth Road, Suite 403
