Judith L. Hagerty of Kennett Square

Judith L. Hagerty, 67, of Kennett Square, wife of Charles H.
Hagerty for 48 years, died Tuesday, Dec. 20, at her home with her family by her
side.

Judy was born in Norwood, on Sept. 24, 1944, to the late
George J. Lockbaum and Ruth Lockbaum. She grew up in Springfield and
attended Springfield High School. She was one of eight children (Russell
Lockbaum, Virginia Wilson, Phyllis News, Charles Lockbaum, Ruth Josel, and the
late George Lockbaum and Robert Lockbaum).

In addition to her husband and siblings, Judy is survived by
her son Charles David Hagerty and wife Kimberly of Kennett Square, , son Paul
Andrew Hagerty and wife Donna of Kennett Square and
grandchildren Jordan Hagerty, Charles David Hagerty II, and Drew Hagerty, all
of Kennett Square.

Judy was an electrologist and homemaker. She was a
devoted wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and sister who enjoyed dogs,
quilting, going to the casinos, genealogy, playing cards with her sisters but
most of all spending quality time with her family.

A Catholic memorial service will be held on Wednesday Dec.
28, at 10 a.m. at Saint Patrick Church at 212 Meredith Street in Kennett Square.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the animal or medical charity of
your choice. Immediately following the memorial service, friends and
family are invited to gather at Judy and Chuck’s home for a celebration of her
life. Interment will be private
