Martha Tropeano of Kennett Square

Martha Tropeano, 87, of Kennett Square, died Friday, Sept.
23, at Brandywine Hall, West Chester. She was the wife of Dominick Tropeano,
with whom she shared 52 years of marriage.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Angelo
and Eva Biondo Saladino.

She was a clerk at the Jasco Window Co. in Long Island, NY,
retiring in 1986.

Mrs. Tropeano was a member of St. Maximillian Kolbe
Church in West Chester.

She enjoyed gardening, cooking and being with her family and
friends.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son,
Joseph Tropeano and his wife Margaret of Morganville, NJ; one daughter, Nancy
Petersen and her husband Bob of Downingtown; one brother, Angelo Saladino
of Florida; one sister, Pauline Spoto of New York, and five
grandsons.

You are invited to visit with her family and friends from 2-4
p.m. and from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 28, , at the Kuzo & Grieco Funeral
Home, 250 West State Street, Kennett Square, and again on Thursday morning,
Sept. 29, from 9:30 to 10:30 at St. Maximillian Kolbe Church, 15 E. Pleasant
Grove Road, West Chester. Her funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 a.m. Burial
will be in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Route 82, Kennett Square.

In lieu of flowers, a contribution may be made to the
Alzheimer’s Association, 399 Market Street, Suite 102, Philadelphia, PA 19106
