Debra A. Wentzel of Lincoln University

Debra A. Wentzel, 58, of
Lincoln University, died Thursday, Sept, 22, at the Christiana Hospital, Newark.
She was the wife of John “Dick” R. Wentzel, with whom she shared 22 years of
marriage.

Born in Wilbraham, Mass., she
was the daughter of Lauretta Kazierad Giannetti of Lincoln University, and the
late Joseph Giannetti.

Debbie was a homemaker, but had
previously worked in the Housekeeping department at Jennersville Regional
Hospital for five years.

She enjoyed going to the
Casinos, cooking, taking care of her husband, being with her family and friends
and her German shepherd “Thurman.”

In addition to her husband and
mother, she is survived by one son, William Ordynowicz of Connecticut; one
daughter, Lisa Ordynowicz of Miami, Fla.; two step-sons, John R. Wentzel, Jr.
and his wife Julie of Oxford, and Colin Wentzel and his wife Melissa of
Palmedo, Fla.; one step- daughter, Allison Phillips and her husband Robert of
Cochranville; one brother, Joseph Giannetti of Glendale, Ariz., and seven
step-grandchildren.

You are invited to visit with
her family and friends from 10 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, Sept. 28, at the Kuzo
& Grieco Funeral Home, 250 West State Street, Kennett Square, (Phone:
610-444-4116). Her funeral service will be at noon. Burial will be in Union
Hill Cemetery, Route 82, Kennett Square.
