Mary A. Biondi of Kennett Square

Mary A. Biondi, 92, of Kennett Square, died Friday, August 5,
at her daughter’s home in Hockessin. She was the wife of Paul J. Biondi who died
in 2006, and with whom she shared 66 years of marriage.

Born in Wilmington, she was the daughter of the late
Salvatore and Josephine Crescenti D’Angelo.

Mary was a homemaker and loved to read, cook for her family,
listen to Pavarotti CD’s and all opera music. She especially enjoyed being with
her family and friends.

She was a member of St. Patrick’s Church in Kennett Square.

She is survived by one son, Robert J. Biondi of Kennett
Square; one daughter, Elaine Baccino and her husband Richard of Hockessin and five
grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by one son, John P. Biondi; two
brothers, Tiberius and Vincent D’Angelo and five sisters, Ann Shulli, Edith
Stauffer, Viola D’Angelo, Jenny Palandrani and Rose Larosch.

You are invited to visit with her family and friends from
8:15-9:15 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 10, at the Kuzo & Grieco Funeral Home,
250 West State Street, Kennett Square (Phone: 610-444-4116). Her Mass of
Christian burial will follow at 10 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Church, 212 Meredith
Street, Kennett Square. Burial will be in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Route 82,
Kennett Square.
