WSFS names two new financial advisors to WSFS investment group

WSFS Financial Corporation (NASDAQ:WSFS), the parent company
of WSFS Bank, announced that Sebastian “Ben” Mancarella and Kari Kroll have
joined WSFS Investment Group, Inc. as Financial Advisors. WSFS Investment Group
is a subsidiary of WSFS Bank, providing brokerage, retirement and insurance
services to its clients through INVEST Financial Corporation, member FINRA,
SIPC.

Mr. Mancarella brings over 16 years of investment and
advisory experience to WSFS Bank. Throughout his career, he worked at Citizens
Investments, Merrill Lynch, Wilmington Trust and First Union. He holds a
Bachelor of Science in Finance from LaSalle University and a Master of Business
Administration in Economics from Drexel University. A member of the South Philadelphia
Business Association, Mr. Mancarella holds Series 7 and Series 66 Investment Licenses.
He currently resides in Media, Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining the WSFS Investment Group as a Financial
Advisor, Ms. Kroll was a Personal Banker at WSFS for five years. She holds a
Bachelors of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from The University of Delaware
and holds an Insurance License as well as Series 7 and Series 66 Investment
Licenses. She resides in Delaware City, Delaware.

In their new roles, Mr. Mancarella and Ms. Kroll will attend
to all aspects of their clients' financial needs and provide assistance whether
the Customer is a new investor, professional, business owner or a retiree. Mr.
Mancarella will work with clients in northern New Castle County, Delaware and
throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania. Ms. Kroll will work with clients in
central New Castle County, Delaware.
