Beatrice T. Dannenhauer, 95, of West Grove, died Tuesday,
May 24, at the Jennersville Regional Hospital. She was the wife of William A.
Dannenhauer II, who died in 1985, and with whom she shared over 45 years of
marriage.
Born in Nanticoke, and grew up in Wilmington, she was the
daughter of the late Edward and Naomi Warren Thomas.
She was a member of the New London Presbyterian Church.
She was a homemaker and was very active in the Circle 4 and
the R Square and Round dancing clubs.
In her earlier years she was a Republican committeewoman.
She is survived by two sons, William A. Dannenhauer, III and
his wife Rae of Felton, Del. and Bruce E. Dannanhauer and his wife Bobbe of
Kalamazoo, Mich., two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 31,
at the New London Presbyterian Church Cemetery, 1986 Newark Road (Route 896) in
New London.
In Lieu of flowers, a contribution in her memory, may be
made to the New London Presbyterian Church, Youth Ministry, 125 Saginaw Road,
Lincoln University, PA, 19352
