Pennsbury Township supervisors reached a sewage agreement
with Pennsbury Village Associates. It’s one of the steps still remaining for
the construction of the village project along Route 1.
The agreement establishes construction requirement and operational
parameters for a wastewater treatment plant with pumps, pipes and all related
facilities and requires township approval of design. After the plant has been operational
it will be conveyed and dedicated to the township.
The agreement will become
part of Pennsbury’s Act 537 Plan.
