Police log for Nov. 25

• Pennsylvania State Police from the Media barracks arrested
three Delaware men after the trio was found to be in possession of property
stolen during a home invasion robbery in Chester County. All three—Anthony
Rojas, 21, of New Castle, Andrew Bingham, 25, of New Castle, and Christopher
Brown, 28, of Wilmington—were charged with receiving stolen property, identity
theft and drug violations. More charges are expected to be filed by Chester
County and Delaware authorities, according to a police report.

The report said state police from the Avondale barracks contacted the Media
barracks about a home invasion that had just taken place shortly before noon on
Nov. 17. Troopers from Media spotted the fleeing black SUV near Brinton Lake
Road and Route 1. Troopers stopped the vehicle and removed the three men who
fit the description of the suspects. Officers also noticed items fitting the
description of reported stolen property. Prescription drugs and marijuana were
also seen in plain sight, as were several credit cards and drivers licenses not
belonging to the suspects.

A search warrant was executed at the Media barracks and more items—laptops, a
flat screen TV and other valuables—from an earlier home invasion robbery in
Delaware were found.

• State police are looking for a white female, about 30

employees, the suspect left the shopping cart and fled, a police report said.
The incident happened about 8:15 p.m. on Nov. 18. The suspect had a black
ponytail and was wearing a black hoodie and pants. The value of the items was
$184.63.

reportedly stolen from a shed on Tally Ho Drive in Chadds Ford Township
sometime between Oct. 30 and Nov. 21. No other details were available.

• A 49-year-old woman from Philadelphia had a pocket
book stolen while shopping at Marshall’s in the Concordville Towne Center in
Concord Township. A police report said the theft happened shortly after 4 p.m.
on Nov. 20. Inside the purse were a driver’s license, passport and $100 in
cash.

• Someone tried to break into Tony Polito’s Barber Shop
on Route 202 on Saturday, Nov. 20 by breaking through the roof. Police said the
perpetrator(s) were scared off by a crash that occurred in the front of the
building.
