Sugar is a 6-year-old spayed female Pembroke Welsh corgi mix that is available for adoption through the Chester County SPCA. Sugar originally came to the shelter in July because her owner could no longer care for her. She was adopted but brought back to us on Feb. 13, since she was no longer getting along with the small dog that she was living with. She is a very sweet girl who loves attention and to have her belly rubbed. Sugar is very smart and knows basic behaviors, is housebroken and loves to play fetch with her tennis balls. She would do better in a home with another dog her size or large. Sugar would also be happy to be the only dog in the house as well. She is looking for a responsible care giver who will give her the love and attention she deserves.
