Anthony Ryan Aguilera, age 17, of Avondale, died Monday, Aug. 3, at Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia. Born in West Chester, he was the son of Leodegario Aguilera and Dawn M. Clark.
Anthony was an upcoming Senior at Avon Grove High School.
He was a member of Mision Santa Maria in Avondale. He enjoyed NFL Football, basketball, soccer, and playing video games. He liked working with his uncle and grandfather. Anthony was a giving and caring person who loved spending time with his family and especially enjoyed being at his Aunt Jennifer Crampton’s home.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his paternal grandparents, Rosendo and Maria Trinidad Aguilera of Avondale; his maternal grandmother, Margaret Clark of Newark, Del.; his brothers, Brandon Clark of Newark, Del.; Johnathan, Jose Luis and Leodegario Aguilera all of Avondale; special Uncles, Agustin Aguilera of Kennett Square, and Jose Luis Aguilera of Avondale and many other uncles, aunts and cousins.
He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Charles E. Clark.
Friends may visit with the family from 5-8 p.m. on Friday, August 7 at Cleveland & Grieco Funeral Home, 221-223 Pennsylvania Ave., Avondale, (610-268-2166.) The funeral service will follow at 8 p.m.
Interment will be in Mexico.
