Baker is principal of Earl Baker Consulting and Director of the Executive Leadership Program of the Pennsylvania Business Council.

Manco said, “We at Goldberg, Meanix and Muth are proud to co-sponsor this important and timely presentation.  Like all business people, our clients need to know how to maximize whatever benefits may be derived from good government relations to be successful in this difficult economic environment.  This is not the time to sit back and wait for something good to happen.  Our clients need to know how to be effectively active.”

IMA West Chester Chapter President Dr. Ali Naggar said, “There has been a dramatic increase in the importance of government in the economy.  Our members are the key financial managers at their organizations.  They need relationships that will provide information on the availability of below-market loans, contracting opportunities and other government programs supporting business in order to properly advise their management teams.  Dr. Baker is uniquely experienced to provide strategies that will enable our members to build these important government relationships.”
