Rep. Steve Barrar is inviting residents from Pennsbury, Pocopson and Chadds Ford Township to join him for coffee, donuts, and discussion of state issues  on Wednesday, May 27, at 6:30 p.m. The town hall-style gathering will be held  at the Pennsbury Township Building on Baltimore Pike in Chadds Ford.
