Pocopson leadership stays the same

There will be no leadership changes for Pocopson Township’s Board of Supervisors. At its reorganization meeting Tuesday, Ricki Stumpo was named chairwoman and Elaine DiMonte was named vice-chairwoman. Alice J. Balsama is the third supervisor. Edith Wise Kegg, 91, of Kennett Square, died Monday, Jan. 2, at home surrounded by many of her family. Kennet Area Democrats are planning a yard sign protest for Jan. 20, the inauguration day for President-elect Donald Trump. The protest will feature lawn signs saying ”Hate Has No Home Here” in five languages.
