Michael L. Smith, 68, of Kennett Square, loving father and grandfather died Sunday, Nov. 9.

He is survived by daughters Maureen Willson and Megan Parker, son-in-laws Jeff Willson and Matt Parker and three grandchildren, Finn and Fletcher Willson and Abigail Parker.

He is a retired executive at DuPont-Merck Pharmaceuticals.

A funeral mass will be held at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 212 Meredith Street in Kennett Square at 10 a.m., Friday, Nov. 14. Burial will be in St. Patrick’s Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers contributions are to be made to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation.
